Sam Albrecht, CAE
Senior Consultant
Sam is a senior strategic thinker and strategic planner. He works closely with nonprofits, government agencies, and for-profit organizations to realize success. Manages special projects and provides guidance on annual work plans, key performance indicators, and strategy implementation.
Specialties: Strategic planning, organizational change, new business, association management, planning, government operations, grant writing and grant management, community building, special projects, business development, business planning, customer relationships, membership recruitment – recovery – and retention, governance, marketing, financial analysis, surveys, volunteer leadership, certification, and accreditation.
Sam is a Certified Association Executive (CAE) since 2000. He has a BS in Aerospace Engineering and an MBA. He received the “Rising Star” award from the Association of Colorado County Administrators in 2020 and the Presidential Certificate of Appreciation in 2014 from the Colorado Society of Association Executives.

Shari Albrecht, MBA
Senior Consultant
Shari Albrecht has a passion for all things technology!
​
She holds a Master's degree in Technology Management with an undergraduate degree is Elementary Education and a minor in Special Education.
​
Prior to leaping into the consulting world, Shari was a Computer Resource Teacher with Douglas County School District where she was responsible for managing, monitoring, troubleshooting, updating, purchasing and budgeting her schools vast array of technology. She has also created and taught a successful STEAM program to K-5th grade students.
​
In addition to consulting she is CEO of a small successful business that has its own ecommerce and has sold over million products worldwide.
​
In Shari's personal life she is devoted wife and mother of 2 fabulous children. She enjoys the outdoors, traveling, photography, and chilling with her Labrador Retrievers.
